Balaji Modhagala

Chief Executive Officer

Balaji is the founder-minded technologist behind SquareML. A hands-on tech leader, he sets the company’s vision and stays close to the engineering, from platform architecture to how models and agents reach production.

His focus is making enterprise AI practical: no-code tools that put machine learning in the hands of the people who own the process, built with the security and reliability that regulated industries like healthcare and financial services demand. He leads SquareML’s growth across the US, UK and India, and works closely with clients to turn their toughest data problems into AI that ships in weeks, not years.

Renukadevi Navaneethan

Lead Data Scientist & AI Consultant

Data Science

Renukadevi works with SquareML as a consultant, leading its data science practice. She is a Lead Data Scientist, AI consultant, academic mentor and Chartered Accountant, with more than 10 years of experience across analytics, machine learning, statistical modelling and Generative AI. She has led end-to-end AI delivery across healthcare, manufacturing, finance, insurance and education.

Saradha

Senior Project Manager, Head of Development

Development

Saradha leads the development team and has more than 20 years of experience in software engineering and delivery. Saradha leads the build of SquareML’s healthcare platform, which covers ADT processes, care management, risk stratification and analytics dashboards.

Saradha also oversees the full technology stack, including Java, Angular, Elasticsearch and Cassandra, and has led teams of more than 20 people. That work includes setting technical direction, gathering requirements with stakeholders and planning delivery with a focus on managing resources and reducing risk.

Data Scientist

Tarun builds GenAI and machine learning solutions for healthcare. Tarun’s work includes:

  • Natural-language apps that let users query data without dashboards
  • Automated extraction of clinical notes and speech data
  • Models that predict readmissions and flag high-cost patients
  • Automation of more than 25 financial and operational reports, which cut manual effort and sped up insights

Ravi Rajaram

DevOps Consultant

Ravi supports SquareML as a DevOps consultant. He builds production-grade cloud environments that are scalable, secure and cost-optimized. His work covers Amazon EKS clusters, infrastructure as code with Terraform, Jenkins CI/CD pipelines and observability with OpenTelemetry, Elasticsearch and Kibana. He brings more than a decade of experience in systems engineering, networking and cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure.
